Can I get nylon tips for my custom drumsticks?
Yes. Nylon tips are available for most sticks sizes. Extra charges apply.
Will my logo work with your sticks?
Yes, we have designers that take your logo and make it look good on a drumstick. We'll work with you if any adjustments need to be made and provide you with a proof before we make the printing plate.
Are you drum sticks 'pitched paired'?
For custom order of 75+ pairs, we can pitch pair them for you for an additional $0.89/pair.
Do you give endorsement deals?
We don't do endorsement deals for drummers simply because we have a different type of offering that we think is more advantageous. When a large stick company offers you an 'endorsed' price, at say $3/pair, it forces you to play with a corporate stick that doesn't allow you to also sell the sticks as merch. What we do is charge $5/pair (assuming an order size of 50 pairs) and give you a stick with your band's logo so that you play with or sell as merch for $10/pair. The difference is the flexibility of making $5/pair instead of spending $3/pair.
What products do you have for my band?
We offer a variety of products that you can sell at your gigs and online. We sell custom drumsticks, drumstick key chains, and giant drumsticks. We can print your logo on each of these items. For more information about band merch, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is your payment secure?
Yes. PayPal encrypts your credit card information and does not share it with anyone, including Foxy Drummer. PayPal also insures your order against shipping damage and theft. PayPal is so safe that it has become the preferred payment method of over 150 million users worldwide.
I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still make a purchase?
Yes. All you need is to fill in your credit card and shipping information in PayPal.
What is your warranty?
We will replace any broken or damaged goods that does not perform the way it should within 30 days of purchase.
What is your return policy?
We have a no-hassle return policy within 30 days from purchase - please note that custom orders are not returnable. For items that are damaged during shipping, we require you to let us know within 3 days of receiving them.
How can I contact you?
You can call us toll-free, but e-mail is the best and fastest way (our phone always goes right to the machine).
Do you ship internationally?
If you live outside the USA and would like to make a purchase, please e-mail us and we will contact you regarding payment.
How long does it take for delivery once my order has left your shop?
1-6 business days within mainland USA (see image below); 10-25 for international orders.
